“I placed an online order and it was ready at the time of pickup. The staff was very friendly and the individual who gave me my food gave me an additional drinking cup. The wings were delicious and crispy and just the right heat! i did not dine in; however, as I entered everything was clean and tidy.“
“The young man who waited on me was so helpful and nice even though his manager was annoyed at the time he was taking with me and my teenage kids. The young man seemed unbothered and continued to take his time since we had never been to a windup wingstop before. Huge thank you to him and his best customer service!! He made the experience great!! Also, the house made ranch and Cajun Corn are absolute FIRE!!!!SOOOOO GOOD!!!!The wait was a little crazy but all in all, good stuff, and my kids loved it !!“
“Literally my favorite place to grab lunch it’s affordable and every time I stop in the employees are always so kind to me and make sure my food is right. They often give me an extra piece of corn and an extra piece of chicken than what I order and I love all of the sauce choices, haven’t had any that I don’t like. I like to order the $17 meal deal with 20 boneless and 10 corn for myself because I find it reheats well and I can snack on it for a day or two. Never had a problem here“
“Ordered on Superbowl Sunday, they had probably 15 people working and had 10+ orders ready when I walked in. I had 2 people greet me within 5 seconds of waking in and I was out the door with my order in less than a minute. They were on top of it today!“
“The food/service is best when they aren't understaffed and being bombarded by nonstop door dash orders. However just like any other restaurant, when I can clearly see it's very busy/there's a wait, I go somewhere less busy or just go home and cook. I don't obstinately wade into a razorblade hurricane, then complain when it doesn't go well. You can see the kitchen. If there is a rack full of tickets, they are obviously busy. Use common sense. Even if you're the only one in the restaurant, you honestly have no idea how lazy people have become and constantly order door dash. People are turning into a bunch of Karens. You aren't special or a beautiful and unique snowflake. You're the same decaying organic matter as everything else.They need to stop allowing people to order all flats/drums or their orders should be moved to the back of the line. A: it's the exact same chicken. B: it disrupts the system/flow, causing all the other non-picky customers to wait longer, so the staff can sort through boxes of chicken trying to find flats for people too stupid to figure out how to eat a drumstick or vice versa. I'd honestly end a date/friendship/meeting or divorce my wife if I found out they were an "all-flats" person.“

“Two ladies on a Thursday lunch rush, and they pumped these orders out like no one’s business. I could tell they were busy because they didn’t stop moving for a second. While other customers were clearly frustrated and impatient, I was still greeted with a huge smile and wonderful attitude. I waited 11 minutes in the middle of a rush for some hot and fresh wings, I’ll be back for sure :)They even remembered to give extra ranch ❤️“
