“I have to give this staff a big shout out for the service I received today. The experience didn't start out so great when the app and phone ordering system failed when it came time to pay for the order. I really wanted to buy lunch for my team and they specifically asked for Chipotle, so I drove to the Concord location to place my order. I was a bit anxious because It was a pretty large order and it was lunch time. I didn't want to hold up the line with my order of 8 bowls/burritos, so I explained to the first colleague that assisted me that their app wasn't accepting payments. I asked if I could possibly place an order with someone who wasn't on the line and I could just wait for it. She told me it would be easier to just place the order. I wish I had gotten her name. She handled this really well and very patiently. She and her coworkers read my phone as I shared the screen shots of the order we tried to place online. They knocked out that order in about 5 minutes. I was relieved because I was feeling really guilty about putting them in that spot and for the customers who were stuck behind me in line. Very thankful to this team for making this happen.“

“Best place around for Mexican food. Low prices, big portions and amazing food. Did I mention it’s cheap? If you come during a busy time like lunch/dinner the waits a pain but it’s just because they only have a couple people working. Each order takes maybe 5-8 min. Great food that beats Taco Bell prices. “Loved,love,loved it! We sat outside on the back patio and it was quiet and relaxed. Our waitress was great and always checked on us and the food was amazing. The best Mexican food this side of Mexico. They have an area in the front by the parking lot that has a grill where you can just walk up and grab tacos and hand heads. The smell was amazing and it was busy. There's outside seating there as well for grabbing a quick bite. We've been to Mexico a number of times and the food here is very authentic and the best we've had in the entire northeastern area. We will be back again soon! 5 stars all the way!“

“Great place to find items that aren't stocked in the big named super markets. The lunch grill, when you combine quality, portion and price you have a place that stays in business because of word of mouth. This place hits my sweet spot as I can get some awesome food made for me and pick up ingredients for making some fine food for myself. Only down side is the parking. Food wise, if you're within a 20-30 min drive they are worth checking out for some tacos and burritos.“

“Shout out to Moe’s Southwest grill from Mentor. They catered my daughter’s graduation party and they were the best. This is now the second time we have use them food is excellent everyone raved about the chicken. So much food, excellent set up and delivery will use them again and again.“
