Pueblo Real is the only place my cousin and I ever go out to eat when I'm in town. The food is consistently good. But the drinks are always fire! 🔥
Special shout out to Enrique for always taking great care of us and making sure everything is perfect.😁
We have always had a very good experience, but when we went to use our conneaut Spartans discount card we were told they don’t accept them! Even though they are in the card. As a business if you’re going to agree to be on a discount card then you have to honor it! Do to these actions we will not longer be going there. The sad part is that many others have had the same issue! Do better! This is a great way to turn customers away!
Ordered a grande quesadilla. gotta a fat burrito with nothing in it I ordered. waiter argued with me. no manager to speak to. couldn't give me manager hours when I could call. comped the meal i didn't eat as it wasn't what I ordered.
not the first time I've been there. last time there was food under our table with ants eating the food. waitress ran the card for 30$ more than the bill. lots of chances, still awful
