“WOW, what an experience. I love to travel and visit OG Diners and drive ins. Rumor has it Dave Thomas used to eat here and I beleive it. The meat is fresh, well seasoned and delicious. The menu is accommodating to everyone that loves comfort food. I love this one (Elizabeth St.) because it is like walking back in time when you go through the door. You are greeted by a clean environment and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I truly can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my food and my time at Kewpee Hamburgers. I'm already trying to figure out a way to go back. Kind of hard to do when you live in Northern Virginia, but I will find a way!?

“Kewpee is a Lima landmark. I have enjoyed it my entire life. All the food is fantastic. Old fashioned food for old fashioned prices. Over time, service has slacked a little. I think that it's a younger generation who wasn't brought up with the same work ethic we were. They just don't hustle the same. The atmosphere is plain but always clean. If it is not mention it and it will be taken care of immediately. My personal favorite is the original on Elizabeth St. The food is just better there. I can truly say that I have never had a bad Kewpee meal experience. Also, get out of the car/drive thru and go in. You are missing part of the experience.“

“Almost stopped by DQ but saw this place and hallelujah. Had no idea what to order and luckily Addy was there to show us the way. The sample of the dole whip she recommended was amazing but we settled on the strawberry shortcake sundae and, damn. We’ll be back. Great dessert and spectacular customer service.“

“This store is a shining example of great customer experience. It doesn't matter how busy they are what time of day you go you will be met with fresh food friendly staff and fast service. There isn't a single store from lima to sidney that compares in my opinion. In a world where the service industry has almost turned on the consumer this store shines. Each and every one of the employees inside this building should know this and I hope they are treated in a manner that is deserving of their high quality of work and service they provide. Hold your heads up high guys your it!“

“We came in today (2/26/2022) at 4:00 for a late lunch and it was absolutely slammed. Very busy. But despite it all, the entire staff was incredibly kind, went above and beyond for us, compensated for our wait without us saying anything about it, and stayed calm and collected, even with the large line of people. The quality of food was so good — everything was fresh and the dining/seating area was very clean! We were throughly impressed with Ashley and Alex especially! They’re warm and friendly attitudes made the visit beyond pleasant!“

“When the food is good, it's GOOD hence the 4 stars. I've been eating here since I was little and I'm 25 now. Just like many fast food restaurants, your experience can depend on who is working and cooking your food at that time. The last few times I've been here everything has been delicious so they're doing something right!“

“Came in around 8:30 on a Friday. They were busy. Ordered in person, great service. Ordered a beefy melt burrito but added like 4 or 5 things extras, so easy to mix up in all the chaos. And they missed to things.They made the first order fast, and the right one even faster.But not only that, was probably the best burrito I'd had from a taco bell.Hats off to the crew“

“Absolutely the best blizzard I have ever had. And I've had a Reese Cup blizzard from many locations! I've gone through the drive thru every time. There is a huge pot hole in the parking lot to get to the drive thru that needs fixed ASAP.“

“4/22/25 8:30am. I didn't get this lady's name but she was awsome! She literally took her time and made sure i was happy with the sandwich before she wrapped it up. She had good conversation as well. Don't see this much anywhere any more! Definitely refreshing.“
