Tons of parking, not too messy, i can early morning so a lot of items hadn't been restocked yet. The layout makes sense and it was easy to navigate. They upped the amount of self check out which I prefer because anytime I come here and go through a checkout with an attendant it takes ages. I was a bit put off by the staff near customer service. This review is specifically for grocery delivery. I got sick last week and my husband was already sick. We have two cats otherwise we would likely have consumed every odd can in the pantry before trying to get groceries. I tried many others but was only able to get delivery dates a week from now -- if they would come to my neighborhood at all! Giant Eagle promised delivery in the morning. Lifesaver. Typical giant eagle shopping experience. Big store that's not as fancy as the one in market district but it features everything you would expect at a grocery store. Cash registers are not the best and reject your money. Store is thankfully very quiet and peaceful to shop at.
