I consider myself a “rib guy,” but have never experienced them fried. So I gave the fried Ribs from Backyard Smoke & Grill a shot.. they were outstanding! Tender and full of flavor! The owner and staff was wonderful. I would definitely order from them again! If you get a chance to try Backyard Smoke & Grill, DO IT!

Backyard Smoke & Grill was a gem as food trucks go. The food was a wonderful experience. Chicken and waffle topped with bacon and green onion was delicious and plentiful. The price was just right. The service was great. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
