“I usually choose chipotle over hot head, but I have to say that the customer service and food are always on point. The variety of sauces makes it easy to choose hothead restaurant as my choice, the restaurant is always clean and welcoming! The staff are always friendly and well the food is amazing!! Great job! My littles really enjoyed their little bowls.“

“I placed a mobile order because I ordered a fair bit of food. Parking here is good, it's around the back, no complaints. Store looked a bit disheveled but it was also 6pm on a Friday, so that's to be expected. The server asked if I was placing an order or getting Doordash; not if she could help or anything. I was fine with the kinda mid service here, I just wanted my food and to get home. $65 for queso, 2 sauces, 2 sides of chips, a smothered burrito, a regular burrito and 2 quesadillas was a pretty good deal to me... until I got home to the food. The quesadillas are TINY. $13 for something about the size of a 6-inch Tortilla was incredibly disappointing. The smothered burrito was flavorful, but smaller than a Chipotle bowl, and half the ingredients were just thrown on top of it. Corn tasted like something out of a can and the jarred jalapeños were a bit of a letdown. Everything else was pretty good in it though. The chorizo was the star of the quesadilla, and all the sauces I got (hot head, southwest ranch and queso) really carried the meal for me. Would I order this again over Chipotle? Absolutely. Over Qdoba? Not a chance. But they're closer to my house, so I'm fine with it.“

“This was a Doordash purchase. This was my first time trying it and I was extremely impressed. I liked the bogo for their burritos. This place knows what they are doing. The food was amazing. I plan on going to the restaurant to get the whole experience. I have told a number of people to try this place.“

“I was welcomed in, ordered in a timely fashion, was offered upsells on my Bowl which I declined. More meat for $4.00. They should have given a decent amount of meat in the first place. A extremely small portion of Barbacoa. They weighed the cheese for the exact amount. The seating/dining area was clean and comfortable. The food tasted great. Just need to be less conservative with the portion of meat provided.“

“I get the same order everytime I come in, everyone is always super nice and friendly! The food is always fresh. I will always! drive the extra mile for the fresh food and service :). “My wife and I randomly chose to eat here for our date night and we're so happy we did. The food was so good! The staff were so friendly to us. We even got to meet the owner and hear his story of his family opening Italian restaurants, beginning with his dad immigrating to the states years ago.“

“We ordered To-Go right before closing. Chicken was not as fresh tasting for that reason only. The grilled peppers and onions, however, were freshly made before my eyes because they were out and were very delicious! This was my first time trying a “Hot Head Burritos” in Ohio. It was good for the late night order and the customer service was fantastic!“
