Each year around Thanksgiving, we celebrate our employees with a company-sponsored breakfast. Despite economic challenges and tariffs negatively impacting our bottom line, we wanted to continue this tradition.

Waiting in the slowest drive thru lane ever.
This trip for breakfast. They aren’t even very busy. One poor girl running the drive thru and mobile line. Finally get to the front and there’s a five minute wait on hash browns. Asked if I wanted to substitute something. Asked my options. Fruit, yogurt or salad (at 7AM). Fruit would be $2 extra.
Over 10 minutes and I still don’t have my food.

We ate at Chick-fil-A today for my son’s second birthday. It’s his favorite! I asked a worker to kindly bring me one of each Christmas cow so my birthday boy could pick one and then I’d come up to the register and pay for it. She was excited to do so. She told me to not worry about paying for it that she was sure he deserved. Exceptional customer service! She really made his day. I didn’t catch her name but she did have on a black apron and was African American.
