I really wanted to private message this and include a picture. But publicly works to. Might want to train your employees to take a little more care on to go orders.
My burrito arrived open face. I am at work and can't leave to get napkins or silverware, which were not included.
I have literally no way to eat this burrito till I get home. Just please let your employees know they should take a little more care while packaging items.
Every single time I come into the Bellbrook location Chipotle, I have an excellent experience. The food is always great, which is what I have come to expect. The dining area as well as the food prep area are always clean, the staff is always friendly and engaging. This is such a rarity today, beyond Chipotle, restaurants, or any other service-related business.
