Fazoli's offers good food with slightly higher prices than other fast food restaurants. The manager provides exceptional service, going out of his way to assist customers. The parking lot has potholes. Fans of the restaurant love the loaded Fettuccine and commend the professional server Maleea. The staff, including Tina and Caitlin, are friendly and helpful, often refilling breadsticks and checking on customers’ meals. The restaurant is an older store but is well maintained, always with a smile and extra breadsticks. Customers appreciate the quick service, good-sized drinks, and kid-friendly options. While some miss the cheese ravioli, which was removed from the menu, many still enjoy their meals and look forward to returning.
