Kroger Bakery

I give zero stars for the Kroger pharmacy in Riverside. You would think that with a brand new shiny Kroger that the customer service would reflect the new store. However, this is not the case. I pick up my Father's medicine from there. Every time I call in the prescriptions I get a time that they will be ready. I go to pick them up after the time knowing life happens. When I go to pick them up, they are not ready. In fact, the pharmacy has not even started to fill the prescription....read full review

This Kroger looks nice on the outside, but isn't really nice on the inside. Before going in, I parked and started to see the kinds of people walking in - just very not put together people so it worried me a bit as I had my kids with me. I walked in and it's giving a lot of Walmart vibes, but almost worse. It's kind of dimly lit in the whole store and having never been in this Kroger before I didn't know where anything was. I'm from out of the state visiting relatives, and just witnessed the most atrocious behavior from an assistant store manager! I was in the next isle at checkout when an employee started screaming, and I mean screaming, at a customer for not using a divider. The gentleman was explaining the dividers were unavailable for him to reach.
