This is more of an observation and a small complaint. When I got to this location there was a line to order but got through fairly quickly. The gentleman taking orders, Jacob, was very polite. As I was waiting for my food I noticed the lady running expo was not in much of a hurry. She was bagging to-go orders and letting plated meals sit in the window. I ordered a 4 cheese, and they brought me a ham and cheese. It was still delicious. I'll be happy when we can get rid of these masks and actually understand each other. I will also be happy when you can put the mayo packets out. I had to wait a long time to get it. Had a received the grilled cheese that I actually ordered, I wouldn't have needed mayo.
