I wasn't sure where to pick up my order I ordered in advance and when I walked in I asked the woman at the counter and she seemed disgusted and annoyed by the fact that I wasn't sure that the food was sitting on a shelf behind me it was my first time there I was I supposed to know. And then was even more disgusted by the fact that I didn't know where to fill my cup up with the drink that I had ordered. I visited the store 1/11 for a value duet, Deli turkey w/ chicken & wild rice soup. The food was great especially the baguette. The store was understaffed and some areas were dirty. I don’t frequent this location because I haven’t had the best experiences but I would give it a 3.5-4 ⭐️ this visit.
Food was fine. Coffee was room temperature. The carpets look like they have never been cleaned. Panara has fallen in quality and is more expensive than ever.
