We have been coming to Red Robin since you opened.. this is will probably be are our last time until you change your promo rules.. we come all the time and always get haystack burgers, on my birthday or now.. never had a issue using a promo/deal for them. we go today and they said you can’t do the birthday burger with the haystacks.. so I order a normal burger and then my family member wanted a haystack double and we were told she can’t get it either because it considered...read full review
My wife and I went in last night, greeted by a very nice bartender. However the rest of the staff was either playing on their phones, complaining about customers or yelling at the cooks... yes yelling. The employee that was doing the worst was also the one yelling, complaining and then pulled a chair to the end of the bar looking disgusted, being rude to your customers.
