BG, in catering, was very pleasant to talk with, knowledgeable of her menu and helpful when ordering. I ordered the hamburger/potato buffets for my wife's cookout birthday party. BG had all the "fixings" for my guest to a augment their burger and potato. The food was hot when I picked it up; my guests really liked the food.
