Side Piece Soul Cafe Ltd. is a gem and the best soul food in Dayton. The food is amazing and worth every penny. The catfish, collard greens, mac & cheese, yams, and corn bread are all very good. The orange honey chicken, spaghetti, lemon cupcake, and lemonade drinks are also excellent. The 3 piece meal with catfish, a pork chop, and piece of chicken is a favorite. The owner is a woman of her word, very compassionate about the food, and stands by it. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The food comes in piping hot and is packaged well. It is best to order take out online as there is really no seating and it can get busy on weekends. The quality, care, and attitude of this Cafe is spot on. The service is a reason to return to this beautiful city. Keep them greens going. This place is worth the money and you can't go wrong with anything you order.
