This location had amazing customer service. When I asked for my dessert to be made with silk chocolate they asked right away if I needed to have separate scooper to accommodate my allergy. They also went above and beyond explaining how they can customize cakes to be made with that flavor and are able to do milk shakes with almond milk. I really appreciated their willingness to engage with me in such a way. A great crew was working tonight!
Stopped in while I was in Columbus and ended up having a great experience. I was leaning toward ice cream, but with that many flavors to choose from, I gave up trying to decide and ordered the Mango Pineapple smoothie instead. It was fresh, and really hit the spot. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to help with recommendations. The store also looks like a newer location clean, bright, and very well maintained.
