Due to a dietary issue, a bun less BigMac was ordered. While sitting at the open drive thru window, a young lady was heard asking someone, "Who orders a bunless Big Mac?" I asked to talk to a manager and explained that there was a dietary issue and what we had overheard. I also told the manager that I was a paying customer who paid this young ladies salary. These are the most soggy and disgusting nuggets I have ever gotten. Every time we get nuggets from here they are disgusting. It’s almost like someone soaked them in water before putting them in the box even when ordering them well done. Really disappointed.
