“I ordered catering about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I needed it. We lost power at the nursing home I work for and needed hot coffee and tea for lunch service. Not only did we get 8 boxes of coffee and tea but also all the creamer and sweetener we would need. They also found a coupon they used on the order for a 10% discount. It arrived on time which was incredible since the most direct way to us was closed due to an accident and the driver had to come the back way. It was a great experience and very helpful.“

“I got the sip club and since I am the GM at the Planet Fitness, it’s literally the best thing!!! I come here all the time like at least 2 to 3 times a week and Kaiya at your window is literally the sweetest person I’ve ever met they know my name and they know how I like my drinks every single time- I don’t have to even ask for no ice. There is no option in your app to write that I don’t like ice, but I always pick up my food when I order through the app and there is no ice in my drinks just like I like it. Kaiya is the best most happy person I’ve met as a worker here since coming and I’m such a raving fan just to get to see them everytime I go through the drive thru!!! Such amazing customer service!!!
