My wife and I were at your Sandusky St restaurant this evening, and were extremely disappointed. My chicken tenders were old, and when I bit into the second one it was obvious it was undercooked. My wife’s Baconator had no cheese and was so greasy she couldn’t even eat it, besides the meat being pink. When I went to the website to send an email, the only way to contact the company was a survey and a 1-888 number. As we don’t have phones we cannot call. I hope that somehow...read full review
