“Customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They even called to let me know that our order was ready. No pizza place ever calls to let you know your order is ready. It was a nice touch in my opinion. The food was phenomenal. The combo classic was so delicious. I didn’t have the pepperoni pizza but wife and daughter thought it was good. If I had one complaint it would be the price of the cheesy bread minis. $6.49 seems a little steep for cheesy bread mini that literally a tad bigger than the palm of my hand. Marcos and Pizza Hut you have major competition in town and it’s Godfather’s Pizza!“

Everyone here is so nice, they deliver great customer service, and the pizza is so delicious!“

Want extra parm? Emphasize it. Maybe go get up and pick it up yourself. Take a few steps from the car to the store, and tell them you want extra parm.“

“I had my first problem with Marcos pizza yesterday during the snow storm. I called and got a guy manager. I expected the manager services you'd get from like Wendy's but he was amazing. he quickly apologized quickly made things right quickly made suggestions. I understand everything was not in their control I wish I had his name but he stepped up and really made my day because I just knew the bad experience was about to get worst. not sure if he was just a manager or store manager but he definitely handle himself like one. well done sir“
