Arby's is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its diverse selection of sandwiches featuring various meats. The dining area has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with spider plants and romantic lighting that add to the ambiance. Customers appreciate the excellent service, with staff described as professional, friendly, and eager to help. Many reviews highlight the hot and fresh food, along with daily deals that provide good value. However, some customers have experienced issues with the temperature in the dining room, especially during colder months, and have noted that the lobby can be quite cold despite their requests for the heat to be turned up. The decor reflects a 90's style, which some find nostalgic. The staff are often praised for their kindness and efficiency, though there are occasional comments about employee turnover. The drive-thru remains open until midnight, making it a convenient option for late-night cravings, and monthly coupons offer additional savings. Overall, Arby's continues to be considered one of the better fast-food options, providing a pleasant dining experience despite some minor challenges.
