Host is very attentive and quick to seat you, never have any issues with having to wait (could be luck perhaps, but have gone around different times with no issues). Food gets served quickly, always tastes fresh and delicious. Great atmosphere and servers are always polite and attentive as well. “My wife and I were traveling through the Columbus area and decided to DoorDash from here to our Air BnB. Oh my gosh, the best biscuit we’ve eaten. It was the sausage, egg and cheese. The sausage was so fresh and biscuit is by far the best I’ve had (sorry mom).We finished off our meal splitting a cinnamon roll l. We now know as the best cinnamon roll in the world 🤤🤤🤤🤤. Next time we are in the Columbus area we will stop by and eat at this beautiful location. We are proud supporters of woman owned and small businesses. ❤️“

“Amy was very attentive and fast shewas yelled at by some white trash blonde with two teenage trolls she told the manager that we were served first which we were there first .she ended up getting everything paid for like she was trying to do and Amy was in trouble. the white trash was two tables away and heard out load everything she was saying. “Ate here for the first time today, and kicking myself for not coming earlier. The food was DELICIOUS. Everything was flavorful, hot, fresh and tasty. I didn’t care for the sausage links or the turkey patties, but honestly not a deal breaker. The juice and cafe choices were so good I couldn’t decide and got 4 different ones to try. The juices are really good. and the chai latte, 🤌🏼 This is our new spot!

“Understaffed, no supervision and a lack of proper training keep this potential hot spot way down. The singular cook actually cared but was not really trained and easily overwhelmed in spite of it being a slow night.

The solo waitress has similar issues and the place was needlessly cluttered from prior customers but could have been fixed in just a few minutes. Time she clearly had while we were there. In spite of this she eventually came around and made a decent effort.

I blame management based on what I observed. These two younger folks under good management and with solid, quality training could be really good at their jobs. They seem unguided and burned out. It would be nice if someone with the franchise read this and addressed it properly. With their potential, waffle house should try to keep them and develop them before they lose them.

“I met up with a few friends here for lunch. We wrote our name down on the waitlist and only had to wait for about 5-10 minutes before we could be sat. The waiting area has some chairs and tons of plants surrounding you. 🪴😍 The menu had all of your basic breakfast and brunch options. I opted for a half serving of French toast with tea, while my friends ordered the Arnold, and some type of sandwich (pictured). Everyone seemed pleased with their choices. 😀

The vibe here is laid back and you don't feel rushed to finish your food and leave. The noise level was tolerable, so that was nice. We were able to hold a conversation and still be able to hear each other. I would like to return in the future!“
