“Paid $80 for an uber eats order of wings and fish and chips. Ordered extra blue cheese and extra tarter sauce. Both things central to our meal...didn't get any sauce. This is extremely annoying and frankly I'm absolutely sick and tired of basic things like this getting missed on orders. The meal is literally ruined over something so minor...do better.

Edit. While I'm keeping the above message intact, the original "service" 1 star review really was an angry culmination of repeated order delivery errors from a multitude of resturants, not just Barelys. In fact, we still ate our meal the next day (with newly acquired sauces) and I have to admit the food was awesome. Additionally, we received a very friendly and prompt response from Jason the GM who graciously accepted the feedback and pledged to spread my frustration, so it's only right to update the service to 5. Mistakes happen, and yes I was angry, but their immediate and professional response deserves a rescore. We will be giving Barleys another go and I'm confident my future review with be 5 stars across the board, from the start.“

The Goober PB&J was great. But I'll turn around and leave if I come back and see that dude bartending again.“

“Recently reopened the tap room and have it decked out for Christmas. Family friendly, fun enviroment, one of the best local breweries. Not only because of the beer but because of how they manage their releases. They currently have rotating food trucks. Always a good time.“

“We had a great time during our first visiting Hofbrauhaus Columbus. Our server was phenomenal, the food came out quick, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. I've visited the original Hofbrauhaus in Munich many times, and the Pork Shank in Columbus is almost identical to what is served in Munich. The beer follows the same purity laws and processes as they do in Germany, so the Dunkel tasted very close as well. My wife is a vegan, and they were accommodating to her dietary restrictions as well. She still had a Hefeweizen, a really good Garden Burger, and soft pretzels with mustard. We also had an old friend visiting with us and he had the Wurstplatte. It did come out incorrectly; however, it was quickly fixed with very little delay. My wife and I are moving back to the Columbus area soon from Boston, and we will be making Hofbrauhaus one of our more frequent spots once we do!“

“We have had wonderful experiences during our many visits at Bridge’s End. The food always tastes great, and the rotating beer selection is fantastic. I would especially like to commend the ownership in regards to how welcoming they are. Every time we have seen the owner, he greets us, checks in on how everything was, and even set up a car-seat stand for our infant daughter so that we could easily have her at the table with us. The space is always clean, and we were huge fans of the nice diaper changing area in the restroom. A great spot to meet up with friends or to bring family. We will continue to visit!“

From the very beginning, Debi made the entire booking and planning process feel effortless. She was responsive, organized, kind, and incredibly easy to work with, which made a huge difference during the chaos of wedding planning. Every detail felt thoughtfully handled, and the process was seamless from start to finish.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful: warm, stylish, and uniquely Columbus. So many of our guests commented on how gorgeous the space was and how perfect it felt for the occasion. The atmosphere struck that ideal balance of elevated and comfortable.

The food was outstanding and exceeded expectations across the board. Multiple guests went out of their way to tell us how delicious everything was, which says a lot for a wedding-related event. We also appreciated the flexibility and variety of the food and beverage packages.

What truly elevated the evening, though, was the staff. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout the night. Drinks were always flowing, guests were taken care of, and the entire evening ran smoothly without us ever having to worry about a thing.

If you’re looking for a venue in Columbus for a rehearsal dinner, wedding event, corporate gathering, or special celebration, we would recommend The Hickory Room at Wolf’s Ridge without hesitation. It was one of the highlights of our wedding weekend, and we’re so grateful to Debi and the entire team for helping make it so memorable.“
