“Traveling through Columbus looking for a spot to wind down with my pup and this was the perfect spot. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, the beer was good, the service great, and the patio better. Turns out it's next door to a lovely restaurant, Commune, which was perfect for takeout. Would definitely recommend.“

“Land-Grant is a really solid Columbus spot. Good beer, great outdoor space and probably one of the better places around to hang out for a few hours when the weather is nice. Grab a beer, get something from one of the food trucks and hang out outside. Pretty hard to beat.
One of my favorite things they do is the F1 Sunday mornings. There aren’t a ton of places around Columbus where you can show up early on a Sunday and watch a race with a bunch of other F1 fans, and it makes for a really fun atmosphere. Definitely something I hope they keep doing.
I’ve been here a bunch of times over the years and it’s always a good time. Nothing overly complicated about it, just good beer, a cool space and they do a good job giving people reasons to actually come hang out beyond just being another brewery. Easy five stars for me.“

If you love Peanut Butter and Jelly, you have to try “Goober” it will satisfy the kid in you that craves good home, packed lunch and the adult in you that still likes to have fun like a kid. The staff is outstanding and provides great service. Love the space! Enjoy the patio or inside. Great cuisine! The perfect neighborhood bar that feels like family! Nick is our favorite bartender and server.“

“Paid $80 for an uber eats order of wings and fish and chips. Ordered extra blue cheese and extra tarter sauce. Both things central to our meal...didn't get any sauce. This is extremely annoying and frankly I'm absolutely sick and tired of basic things like this getting missed on orders. The meal is literally ruined over something so minor...do better.
Edit. While I'm keeping the above message intact, the original "service" 1 star review really was an angry culmination of repeated order delivery errors from a multitude of resturants, not just Barelys. In fact, we still ate our meal the next day (with newly acquired sauces) and I have to admit the food was awesome. Additionally, we received a very friendly and prompt response from Jason the GM who graciously accepted the feedback and pledged to spread my frustration, so it's only right to update the service to 5. Mistakes happen, and yes I was angry, but their immediate and professional response deserves a rescore. We will be giving Barleys another go and I'm confident my future review with be 5 stars across the board, from the start.“

We had a last-minute hiccup with another location, and they went above and beyond to turn things around and make our event absolutely spectacular. From the service and genuine care to the delicious food and drinks, seating arrangements, and fun photo opportunities, every detail was wonderful.
I HIGHLY recommend this location for all of your party and event needs. They truly helped turn what could have been a stressful situation into an evening to remember!

“Had the great fortune of trying this Hazy IPA before meeting the owner Kelsey Grammer and watching him pull beer for a few hours. This beer is outstanding! it doesn't have that hoppy bite and has a refreshing citrus finish. Put simply? it's delicious. Looking forward to more amazing beers coming!!“

“Restaurant was very busy. Service was attentive but slow. Wait for food took a little long. Took a long time to get desert ordered to go and get & pay check. Didn't like the saurerkraut - too soft & mushy. Potato Pancakes were large & good. Pork Shank was very large & excellent. Very large and noisy. Hard for conversation. As some tables emptied, the noise wasn't too bad.“

“We walked in and was greeted immediately. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. We asked her suggestions since it was our first time there. She was really great to discuss the menu. My husband got the fish and chips, and I got the buffalo chicken wrap. Both were AMAZiING!! We spent $36 and had food leftover! We will definitely go back!!!“

“This place was great, we walked over from our hotel and sat down to look over the menu and within minutes had great drinks in hand and food on the way. The pizza was very good, the drumsticks were great! Also enjoyed the brussel sprouts and their sausage and sauerkraut. Definitely go back.“
“My husband enjoyed a flight of beers and we all enjoyed our dinners. Food is fresh and tasty. There is a back tap room that is more casual and the front dining room where people seem to dress a little nicer. We are not from the area and sat in the front dining room in shorts, T-shirts, and sneakers and our server was very courteous and didn't bat an eye. I think you can get the same food in either place. In our party we enjoyed the Brussels sprouts appetizer, fish and chips, chicken sandwich, and kale salad with salmon. There is outdoor seating as well. It's not covered, but it's shady from the adjacent buildings (at least in the afternoons).“

When you have some time to grab a drink, this is a great place to hang out. Tried their IPA ?.
There's only one size available and it's a big 20 oz. Too bad you are not allowed to bring it onboard your flight. This beer sure tastes better than the airline options.“

“Love this place! My wife and I have been here twice now and it's been great both time. The beers are tasty and the bartender is amazing. Haven't eaten here but one day we will. Those jumbo pretzels looked amazing! We'll be back again!“
