Stopped for a beer between flights. Server was fine. Not overly attentive but I wasn't ignored either. The beer was ok. $12 for one beer was a bit nuts. Expected a solid IPA, what I got was an IPA that tasted like weed. Would not be my first choice by any means.
You have to do QR codes to do anything and the staff are rude. When you go to pay the QR code is next to a smaller one that picks up easier that tries to trick you into making an account with them. I had to cover it to be able to scan the real one. Then the thing tried to trick me again into purchasing more stuff when I tried to pay my bill. At this point we aren't customers anymore if everyone who buys here is their own server.

the seating was like an IKEA bookshelf. distilled, geometric, and unhuman. the table surface was far too low, beneath my kneecaps.
this is a 1 star experience.. like if 7/11 offered liquor before your flight, but if you don't like humanity or you want a drink just scan their QR and try your luck.

Land Grant Brewing Co. is a convenient airport spot with tasty food and local brews. The portions could be bigger, but every bite is delicious and easy to transport. Self-seating is available, but some customers find the QR code ordering system to be useless and a waste of time, preferring a server to handle everything. The beer is great and prices are reasonable for an airport. However, the bar stools are extremely small and uncomfortable. Enjoy a decent food selection and local drafts, with efficient service, but be prepared for airport prices and limited parking options, with no easy parking and a slow shuttle.
