Complete lack of any discernible customer service. Walk in and a woman says Scan the QR code to order. She walks away. That isn’t a greeting. I try to scan but it won’t come up on my phone. It does on my partners where the first thing it asks is permission for cookies to track you on your phone. We walked out. If I can’t just go into a bar and order a drink you don’t deserve my service. This was the best tasting airport food I've had. I thought the portions could have been a bit bigger but every bite was delicious. Also if you had to get it to go I think most of the menu would transport easily. We sat ourselves and used the QR code to order. I'm getting used to that system so it's not as inconvenient as it used to be. In fact I thought theirs was one of the easier ones to use.
