Parking: Be aware that even if the line in the drive thru is long it generally doesn't take that long to go through. Parking is available on both sides of the restaurant.“

“Great price on their splecial of 12 boneless wings, 3 chicken tenders, 2 sides & 3 sauces for $14.99. Employee was not trained to ring this up and when I got home I noticed that I received bone in wings instead of boneless also the wings are small. Fries and coleslaw were good but that was not the reason I went to a chicken restaurant.“

“Completely satisfied. The staff is great, both friendly & professional. The food is always served fast, fresh, & delicious. They serve huge, high quality tenders & sliders, with a variety of "heat options" (larger then 90% of the chicken sandwiches out there, one is plenty, but you will regret not grabbing two). For me, it's always the sliders, served w/ fresh sweat kale slaw, huge crisp dill pickles, & Dave's Sauce...they just really put together a delicious sandwich, those flavors come together perfectly & in my opinion set them apart from the competition!

“Very nice, clean restaurant but the price is a bit high for my liking ($2.49 for a 16oz fountain drink seems a bit excessive.) The food was ok-ish, my medium tenders had zero heat, they just tasted like someone tossed them in chili powder. The whole meal overall was just disappointing.“

“First time trying their breakfast and it was delicious. I tried the egg white grill muffin with chicken fillet. It was a very tasty and light sandwich. I didn’t feel overly stuffed after eating there not like eating at McDonald’s or Burger King. The food was nice and hot not like McDonald’s or Burger King breakfast where it’s like luke warm to cold.

“I just gotta say that when I went to the counter with my empty cup to get a refill, the man who took my order waved at me and called me by name. He remembered my name. He then asked me to remind him what I was drinking and apologized for not remembering, saying that he usually remembers what people were drinking. My mind is blown. That's crazy awesome and impressive. All this was in a busy mall too, and the line was overfull when I ordered. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get his name, but I know he was wearing a bluish polo shirt and that his dedication is next level. This guy deserves a raise“

“The big box $6.00 deal cann’t be beat. Two pieces of chicken, two sides and a biscuit included. Everything was perfect. I would recommend dining in as it is a little messy. The staff was friendly, the food was prepared quickly, Five stars!“

He is usually found working in the expo/counter positions and has been very kind, friendly and helpful each time we’ve had the privilege of encountering him.

In such instances Brandon has gone above and beyond to make these possible negatives into very positive experiences with Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen. His attitude and approach to hospitality truly bring to mind the southern hospitality which Popeyes is synonymous with.“
