“The BEST staff ever.

While praying over our meal I became overwhelmed with joy and began to cry. A sweet team member named Karrington placed her hand on my shoulder to check that I was alright. I explained that I was just so thankful for time with my mom and my upcoming wedding and she celebrated with me! Another sweet team member named Julia stopped over with celebratory ice cream. It was truly such a heartwarming and one of a kind experience. Karrington and Julia’s kindness truly touched my heart. Thank you for sharing in my joy!“

“Great quality chicken. Nice seasoning. Good pickles, fries & mozzarella patties. The dipping said is really good too and they are generous with it. The decor is colorful and fun. For anyone who is sensitive to loud noises, the metal chairs on concrete floor can be overwhelming if you eat inside. There is outdoor seating and a drive through.“

“I stopped by for a quick Iftar after work because I didn’t have time to cook, and they were absolutely amazing. They kindly offered me a date and a drink to break my fast, which meant so much after a long day. The hospitality was beautiful and the food was honestly the best! This is literally my favorite place to go when I’m not cooking at home. Highly recommend!“

“The guy who took my order was super polite and welcoming through the drive thru. My food was great as well! I love coming to this chick fil a because everyone’s super nice and my order is always right. In my ticket it says Samuel, if that was the guy who took my order he was great.“

“it was mediocre. the chicken was like popeyes except a little spicier. The seasoning on the fries was super salty. The lemonade had a metallic taste. My 7 year old did like the mac and cheese though.“

“First time for Korean fried chicken and it’s the best fried chicken I’ve had in Columbus. Really delicious! It was so crispy and the three kinds of sauces we tried were all so good. My favorite was probably the garlic soy chicken. Would give the chicken a 5/5. We also shared a veggie sampler and these were not so good and would give these 2-3/5. The service was good and the space is clean and very Korean with screens going with various k pop bros and other Korean themes. There are many other items besides fried chicken so looking forward to coming back to try some of there other items like seafood pancakes. Overall nice experience and would give it a 4.5/5 across the board.“

“Everyone at this location has great customer service. They are super sweet. I ordered a DoorDash through this location and they didn’t give me the option on DoorDash to add the roasted barbecue sauce .so I politely called the store and asked them if it wasn’t an inconvenience if they could, please just add some sauce to my bag the girl who answered the phone was super sweet and so accommodating, and such a small gesture can make a customer so happy. I really appreciate it even though with something so simple, thank you so much. If you are reading this review , it’s the little things that count. I also work in customer service. “The big box $6.00 deal cann’t be beat. Two pieces of chicken, two sides and a biscuit included. Everything was perfect. I would recommend dining in as it is a little messy. The staff was friendly, the food was prepared quickly, Five stars!“

“Where do I start with this place???? I have several food allergies and I can eat here. That’s my first positive thing. The second is that the food is actually flavorful. I had a wrap today. It’s so rare that I actually get to pick up something and eat it, but I can here! I get a great meal, I feel welcome, and it’s amazing hospitality. I also know that I can come here when y’all are slammed busy and get quick, accurate food, which is a huge blessing. It’s hard to trust some quicker service restaurants and I trust you guys! “We are very pleased to discover they fry their chicken in tallow! The chicken was really moist, seasoned well and crispy. We really liked the rice & beans and the coleslaw is one of the best.

We should have taken pics but didn’t since we don’t usually leave reviews. However, we wanted to take the time since we were impressed.“
