“Just because online and call center tells you 15min doesn't mean your order will be done in 15mins they both could be telling you and 10 other people 15mins at the same time and if the first or got 2 three pizza big dinner box ever order after that been knocked to 20 mins with orders 6-10 being knocked to 30 - 40 mins if orders 1-5 doesn't have two or three big new Yorkers either yall want pre made food or fresh food but coming in catching an attitude because you gotta wait like it's our fault you ordered at the same time as 10 other people and your order came 9 or 10 is crazy and then sometimes it's only one worker and yall get ma at them like they can do cash drop chicken cut pizza as well as make it at the same time they tired of going back and forth because you'll inconsiderate expecting little ceaser hot and ready at a made to order restaurant the wait time is only 15minsif it's no other orders in the store and is not a cheap pizza place to think because you paid 20 you get to talk to them like they beneath you like most of yall do they get mad when you won't be allowed to speak in that manner treat thy neighbors as thy self and there is no delivery at this location saint no way your food delivered cold unless door dash uber eats or grub hub had multiple orders and delivered it“

“I have been ordering from the East Cleveland Papa John’s for maybe 4 years. I have never had a negative experience (except when they forgot my Diet Coke back in the day, lol; even then they wanted to remedy immediately. Over the years I have gotten to know the very kind and considerate manager, Curtis. Even after a period of not ordering when I was back working in an office for a bit he still remembered me on his next delivery. It’s not hard to be kind but many are not. When he delivers I look forward to seeing him and experiencing his genuine kindness. When he doesn’t deliver it is so nice to hear the way his staff speaks of him. The driver that just delivered to me and I agreed he is just a kind, nice man. I can’t imagine anyone having a complaint about this store… even if they forgot the Diet Coke once or twice. When delivering for any service your never know you may be that persons only human interaction for the day, week or more. This store excels and great food and genuine kindness.“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“So, long story short, don't expect any kind of service from the bartender if you come on a Saturday evening. I started not to say anything but after a lot of thought I felt like this needs to be said. My wife and I have visited this place on several occasions usually during the week and had great service from Maggie. However this past Saturday was a complete disaster. We came in to have a burger and beer and after arriving and sitting at a table in the bar area we waited.......and waited ........ and waited. Finally after sitting and watching the bartender who we later learned was Kate socializing with what appears to be her friends for almost 15 minutes we finally flagged a guy walking by asking him if there was a waitress for this area. He stopped immediately and apologized asking what we wanted to drink and then proceeded to go behind the bar and grab our drinks himself. Coming back he apologized and asked if we wanted something to eat and took our order. Our food was later brought out by someone else and the whole time the bartender continued to socialize with the two or three people at the bar that appeared to be friends. Only after our food was brought out did she finally decide to tear herself away from her social group and grace her with her presence, and even this interaction seemed to be a bother to her. Guess I made a long story longer. Point is the bartender Kate is ok if you're in her social group. If you're not forget about getting any kind of service from her.“

“Food was mostly good but our server sat at the bar on a laptop most of the time. I had to go up to her and ask for drinks after waiting for refills. The amazing hostess Brenda brought our food out for us and made sure we got everything we needed. Let me say Brenda needs a raise and is the absolute most sweetest woman I have ever met! She was working as hostess, takeout, and bringing food out all while we watched multiple servers sit in the corner of the bar. I truly hope you know what a gem you have working at your place.“

“I hate chicken wings and when I ordered the fish and chicken combo, I was disappointed that the chicken was two wings. Then I ate them. WOW! They were some of the best wings I've ever had. Perfectly crunchy on the outside (with a tasty breading) and juicy on the inside. The portion of fish they gave, along with fries, two slices of bread, and a drink made the whole meal a great deal for $10. Will definitely be back, probably for more wings!“

I ordered the 6-piece wing dinner with a side of spaghetti and greens, plus a Polish Boy with fries, BBQ sauce, and coleslaw on top. The wings were fried to perfection — crispy and seasoned well. The spaghetti tasted fresh with a nice pasta sauce, and the greens had a good mix of flavors, definitely homemade. The Polish Boy was solid too, just could’ve used a bit more coleslaw to balance everything out.

Customer service is a work in progress, but to be fair, it looks like it’s just one guy handling everything. Respect to him for holding it down. I’ll definitely be back to try more.“
