Excellent service
For a restaurant known for having a lot of beef, I would like to know where is the beef. If Dave Thomas were alive today he would fire everyone in the corporate office. Wendy's burgers would not be bad if they had a bigger patty on them, put on a better bun and served hot. I remember going to Wendy's and getting a big classic that was served on a big Kaiser bun, now it's served on a. Regular hamburger bun. Wendy's offers great deals like the $5 Biggie Bag and 4 for $4. The food can be hit or miss in terms of freshness, but the chili is not bad. Fast service whether you dine in or at the drive-thru. The restaurant is well-kept, fast in preparing food, and very wheelchair accessible. Overall, a favorite spot for affordable meals, especially the $5 bag, loved by many customers. Recent reviews mention that the food is always great and the staff is friendly, with some noting that they are quick to make things right when issues arise. The store was recently renovated but has a not clean smell about it, similar to mopped with dirty equipment. Some customers suggest using less oil on the grill, as their sandwiches were very greasy. The counter staff are friendly, but one reviewer pointed out that unkempt facial hair and not wearing the cap properly are unappealing. A few customers experienced limited dining options; the dining room may be closed at times, even in the evening, and the opening times vary. Despite this, many find the food delicious and appreciate the friendly staff at the takeout.
