New American Restaurants near Eastlake, OH

“Moved to Ohio a few months ago, after trying a few place in the neighborhood, Saw people playing corn hole in the parking lot. Decided to try it out and brought my wife. As sooner as we walked in, 1st it was busy, but was greeted right away, by what I thought was the owner, ( later found out she was working in the kitchen) . Long story short, they made us feel like we found a new home!“

“I have been to this establishment a few times. I remember when shots were actually two bucks, but anywhooo I have recently just came here and it was trivia night and I loved the way trivia was set up by using our phones and I was in second place until I had to leave. For food I only I ordered all three (beef, chicken, buffalo) of the Empanadas and I honestly was not the biggest fan of them, my problem is that I do not like shredded chicken but I ate the regular chicken because the buffalo sauce was different for me and by the time I made it to the beef I was over it, but one of the neat things was that they put cheese inside and the crust was pretty good and it comes with a dipping sauce. Everyone that worked that night was friendly and attentive which are the most important things in the bar business. I recommend everyone to try them!“

“This awesome little Butcher shop has an amazing selection of meat and delicious sausages. On Fridays and Saturdays they have their smoker set up outside with some delicious selections to choose from. The owner Colin is a great guy and his staff is joy to talk and deal with.“

“Nice place with good atmosphere. We've eaten there multiple times and we once had a small event there. They were kind enough to reserve an area for our event. The food is good and the service is good. I just wish they they still included their house pickles with every meal, but they will still include some if you ask.“

“We liked the pizza we ended up with but I had to drive back twice for it. I ordered a margherita pizza (tomatoes, basil, mozzarella) for pick up and they put a garlic white sauce on it. Why would they do that? I can't eat garlic, which is why I order a margherita pizza. If they are going to add garlic sauce to a basic pizza, which by definition that I've found has no garlic sauce, they should inform customers in advance. That said, the pizza we finally got, after driving back twice, was good. Not sure I will return however. Lots of good pizza places that know how to make a margherita pizza.“

“Very good food, locally owned. Owned. Not a chain. Pleasant atmosphere. In a quaint downtown area.Parking: There's some on street parking but most of the parking is behind the shopping center and also across the street of the behind the shopping center lot“

“We recently visited Peties after a hiatus (I moved out of the area 9 years ago). The food was still as delicious as ever! A great brunch with a waffle covered in strawberries, home fries, and coffee. Service was attentive and food was delivered quickly. The decor was updated but the layout was still the same. TVs playing TBS which had episodes of Seinfeld and also listed as a Pokestop (for any Pokémon Go players). The restaurant is consistently busy but never seems crowded. Definitely recommend for those in and around the area.“

“What can I say about this team and family! I have been avid supporters of the H&H team. I will always ride or die for this restaurant. But aside from that and my own biased opinion of how much I love their work ethic and the food, they genuinely know good food. When I say - you know the food is cooked with love when you taste it - that’s H&H at its core, they know what makes food taste like it’s made with love. Sure - I’m biased as a patron of many years but I can genuinely tell you this is the best fine dining food you will find on the east side of Cleveland. I will never not support this establishment and you would be a fool to not stop in and taste the delicious and delectable food they bring to you. They are truly the best of the BEST!“

“Ordered the “big guy”. They are known for 4th best burger in town. Well…. I’m thinking how, the 1/3 patty was not seasoned, special sauce was not as tangy and left the burger pretty plain.Thumbs up on the fresh cut fries, add malt vinegar and they pop with flavor. Would recommend as they are a dive in bar and have a great selection of spirits.“
