“Haven’t been to JT’s Diner for about two years. Thought we’d give it a try as we remembered it being good at their previous location. We were very disappointed in our breakfasts. My crisp bacon was burnt to a crisp with burnt taste upon first bite. Our home fries used to be excellent “sliced” potato’s, but yesterday came as mush and the scrambled eggs were not even cut….just folded like an omelet. Coffee was good and hot, as in the past. For $20.53 I expected better. Don’t think I would return.“

“Today it was chilly and rainy. I got off work early and had been thinking about trying ramen here for days. I sat at the sushi counter with my book and my sweater. I ordered the Kiiro (yellow) ramen. Let me tell you, this was a nice warm hug in a bowl and everything I was hoping for. Calvin was a lovely man making sushi behind the counter. He was very amiable and easy to chat with. I work close by and will definitely be back. I cant wait to try the Kuro (black) ramen. “Fantastic lunch with a great friend! couldn't decide between a couple items so the waitress suggested their Toofer - basically a soup and sandwich. I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). “We had the best day watching The Buckeyes at The Wild Goose! One of our sons lives in Willoughby & the other son & his wife live in Shaker Heights. Fav spot for our kids but our first time. The pizzas, onion rings & buffalo dip were amazing! Outstanding selection of beers. Loved the atmosphere. Charming but lots of TVs as well. Can’t say enough about the staff!!! “We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! “Very nice resteraunt in the heart of Gates Mills. We had two very solid cocktails, the navy bean soup and Thai Lemengrass pot stickers to start. All solid. For mains, we ordered the blackened grouper special with mustard sauce and a center cut steak. Both were specials and came with string beans and mashed potatoes. Beans were cooked to perfection, mashed potatoes were really good, steak was super tender and tasty, and the Grouper filet was really big and broiled perfectly. We tried the lemon marcapone cake and it was also very good.“

“Yesterday was a Sunday, I worked all day. On top of it, my Jeep had a flat and it was late on a Sunday so no shops were open. I hadn't had the chance to go grocery shopping because I worked overtime last week because its Birthday Season/Holiday Season. So decided to doordash dinner because i was starving. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with Mayo on it. First there was no bacon. How do you forget to put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger? The burger was blackened burnt.Then there was no Mayo on it, and usually that wouldn't bother me cuz it's a condiment that is usually in most people's fridges, except mine, because I hadn't gone grocery shopping. I can't eat a dry burger. Needless to say I went to bed hungry last night. May I add I work in healthcare and we're in an active covid outbreak. I was so exhausted and work has been so stressful, that this whole ordeal literally made me cry tears. I felt defeated and I was looking forward to chowing down that burger. The most upsetting part was how much my food cost, and the prices are hiked on doordash. I can't wrap my head around how careless the cook obviously was.“
