not for lunch their food is trash. the turkey was dry as heck and my fried chicken chicken is burnt

We have always had good experiences here.
We had a small hick up in our to go order this evening, the manager (I believe her name is Michelle Arnold) was extremely polite & owned the mistake. As it turned out they had 2 employees off unexpectedly with health emergencies. The staff was obviously trying to keep up with the full dining room & take out orders, I appreciated the kindness & willingness to correct our order.
