Jaime and all her staff especially Taylor is amazing. Very friendly professional and on point. I feel like a starbucks family member and I am just a customer who appreciates all their services. Jaime is a very good supervisor and there's just no words to say they make me feel as a valued customer. Please recognize all them for their outstanding customer service especially this location being new. Thank you Eaton Starbucks- you're the best!
Im putting this review because my coffee was very bitter please explain to the employees that they cant let a shot die by leaving it on the counter for a minute they have 10 seconds after poured for it to be still good and the employee are pretty slow could use some training
Gabby made our coffee’s wonderfully! She had excellent customer service and was working as efficiently as possible!
We witnessed a rude old lady berate her while she was trying to help multiple customers on a busy Saturday afternoon. The lady acted like Gabby had done something wrong but we were there the whole time and she did not. The lady was old and cranky and impatient.
