Best food truck sushi! I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! I have never had sushi with orange sauce before. I might go light on it next time as it has a sweet flavor. Nonetheless, my sushi, pot stickers, and crab rangoon were tasty. For the experienced crab rangoon lovers, the crab rangoon is a deep-fried breaded coating, not a crispy, golden wonton wrapper. The crab rangoon was still tasty though!
Appearances can be deceiving, and I never expected such a memorable meal to come from a food wagon encountered during a casual drive. Having sampled fare from hundreds—perhaps thousands—of food trucks and wagons across the globe, I’ve learned to expect the unexpected. Tokyo 212 is no exception; it delivered a standout experience.

I've only been here twice. The first time the crab ragoon wasn't my fave. It was a thick crust with little filling and hard fried. My hibachi veggies were ok but not impressive. The second time I was going to try something else but they were closed even though their Google site and listed hours said they should have been open. Portion sizes are decent and prices are reasonable.
