“Tonight was a very busy night when I stopped in to pick up pizza for my family. Despite how hectic it was, the general manager was personally helping customers and handling everything with patience and professionalism. It almost seemed like some customers were ordering for the first time, but she remained extremely friendly and took the time to assist everyone.
The food was amazing as always. We ordered the mac & cheese pizza along with cheesy bread, and everything was fresh and delicious.
We’ll definitely continue coming back. We also really appreciate receiving the coupons in the mail—it’s a great bonus for loyal customers!“

“We ordered a lg stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, cheesy bread and a chopped salad. 10 out of 10 on every level. The pizza sauce was seasoned well, there was an ample amount of cheese and toppings. The salad was excellent, perfect amount of toppings. The cheesy bread was also very good. Wish i could of got pictures but it was almost gone b4 i could get it on the table. Great job guys. We will definitely order again.“

“I’m a brand new mom of a 2 month old. He hates his car seat, so I have him out of it carrying him around as often as I can. I walked in to pick up my order with baby in hand when a young man with dark curly hair lit up at the sight of my baby and went above and beyond by opening the door for us, carrying my order out to my car, and putting it in the passenger seat for me. He wasn’t weird about it, was just very thoughtful and seemed genuinely excited to help a young mom. I was floored at this kind of service from a restaurant like Papa John’s (we have had less consideration at nicer restaurants) and even more so from a young man! Please consider him for a raise and promotion. The food was as expected, but we will be returning here just because of the kind employees.“

“Today makes the second time I have gotten food from the Nutter Fort location. The food here is delicious and the employees are very nice. The first time I got food here there was a mix up, but the manager resolved the issue well and was very professional. My order from today was prepared perfectly and I am very happy with it. The Chicago deep dish is excellent, as well as the bbq chicken pizza, and the Dutch crumble dessert pizza. I'm happy to have a new restaurant come to Nutter Fort and I will be a returning customer.“

“The great ranch and potato pizza was one of the best I’ve had from a franchised pizza place in years. The crust was perfectly cooked, soft and crunchy with a touch of sweetness, the sauce creamy and rich with the right balance of salt, and the crunch of the almonds very unique! The pizzas are always made perfectly with just the correct amount of ratio and cooked perfectly in the oven. The people on the phone are always so king and willing to help if needed. “Always welcoming and inviting staff when I come in to pickup. Very friendly and personable. I believe it was Trevor who served me today, it's hard to tell since I don't wear name badges. I was very pleased that he knew not to package my cold salad on top of my hot entree for the ride home. These are some of the reasons I chose Domino's over Sheetz. Another being Domino's Far superior food. The transformation from what Domino's used to be back in 2008 is phenomenal.
I want to make note of the cleanliness of the restaurant. Front of house was sparkling clean. Table tops were clean and tidy with table top displays prominent and clearly visible. Floor was clean, dry and devoid of trash. With the excusable except of the prep trough the prep area was noticeably clean and uncluttered. The pass or expo area where the food is boxed up and finishing touches are applied was also very clean and tidy. This is especially important to me as the food isn't undergoing any additional high heat processing (cooking) and any pathogens introduced at this point can be problematic.
I noticed that Trevor (I think that's his name) had gloves on when prepping food. Additionally he also had his apron on, a crucial safety measure when working around the ovens. Knowing knowing that he takes safety and company policy seriously is reassuring.
But the thing that impressed me the most was when I came in to pick up my order, my salad was still in the cooler. I am glad to see they got this right, so often at other places everything is packaged together and then sets either under the heat lamps or off to the side with the cold food getting warm and the hot getting cold. I'm glad to see food safety and food quality are taken so seriously.
TL/DR: Food was great, staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. I will certainly patronize again.“
