“The manager in the morning is great! My son says look that’s the fast girl every time she works . & the girl that takes the orders she’s great I’m at the window ordering & she knows my order & asked me the other day if I’m getting my shot of expresso . You guys got a great team!“

“So I’ve only came to this location 3 days in a row but I only had gotten ice coffee the first two days but the third day I got an iced matcha latte an an everything bagel . And the bagel was fine but the way they gave it to me wasn’t in a bag just in the wrapping paper (which could improve) and one napkin. But now the matcha latte tasted HORRIBLE doesn’t have the color of it a taste so that needs improvement. But customer service is always good the times I’ve gone . The location just needs to improve on certain things.“

“I'm not going to give a bad rating because the people who work there are fast and super nice and the place is very clean. But twice now I've made the trip there from New Lebanon and no chocolate frosted icing filled! Why the hate? It's the most delicious donut on the planet and should be just as important as your darn apple fritter.
Anyway, should I call first and see if you have them or did you quit making them?“

“If you want to throw some doughnuts in a box to take to work, on your way to work, this is the place. Other than that, their hours are a bit inconvenient. I'm pretty sure 1 lady runs the whole thing, so I'm not upset, but I would check their hours before you go. A smaller selection, but there's never a wait, and they're pretty good doughnuts. Normally there's plenty of parking. And the doughnuts are normally a pretty good variety too, unlike some places with trays and trays of the same thing.“

“I was passing through the area and needed a place to do some work and this place was the perfect spot. It is really a local's coffee shop. I really loved hearing the locals have conversations with the employees. The tea I got was delicious and they did a great job. It was actually better than the overpriced Starbucks in my opinion. I also loved thst the employees seemed to know every person that walked through their doors which made the place very inviting and personal.
I think what makes a great coffee shop are the connections they make with the locals and how many regulars they have. And it seemed they had a lot of regulars.

I also appreciated that it was laid back and I was able to do my work undisturbed.

“I have been to Dunkin’ Donuts around the country, and this has the best staff and best food of any oh them! They have a unique oven for their sandwich breads rather than a toaster oven.“
