“So I’ve only came to this location 3 days in a row but I only had gotten ice coffee the first two days but the third day I got an iced matcha latte an an everything bagel . And the bagel was fine but the way they gave it to me wasn’t in a bag just in the wrapping paper (which could improve) and one napkin. But now the matcha latte tasted HORRIBLE doesn’t have the color of it a taste so that needs improvement. But customer service is always good the times I’ve gone . The location just needs to improve on certain things.“

“I've been eating donut Palace donuts since I was a kid. I feel like the quality has gone down. the fact that they don't meet them and they get delivered at trotwood means that a lot of times there's no selection or very very little selection because they've already sold out. they didn't receive enough inventory so that becomes frustrating. ice cream is still amazing. as always, their frappes are amazing as well. just disappointed when you go in and there's only two or three donuts to choose from and some of them don't look like they've been glazed with love. I'm just saying...
it literally took me having Stan the man's donuts to realize that they're were better twist donuts and glazed rings, but Donut Palace may have them beat when it comes to the cake donuts. I'll do more research 🙃“

“They are the best I have ever had!! I love that they made them when I ordered them and they were warm!! I had chocolate icing with Oreos and a chocolate glaze drizzled on top!! I absolutely loved them!!“

“If you want to throw some doughnuts in a box to take to work, on your way to work, this is the place. Other than that, their hours are a bit inconvenient. I'm pretty sure 1 lady runs the whole thing, so I'm not upset, but I would check their hours before you go. A smaller selection, but there's never a wait, and they're pretty good doughnuts. Normally there's plenty of parking. And the doughnuts are normally a pretty good variety too, unlike some places with trays and trays of the same thing.“

“I was passing through the area and needed a place to do some work and this place was the perfect spot. It is really a local's coffee shop. I really loved hearing the locals have conversations with the employees. The tea I got was delicious and they did a great job. It was actually better than the overpriced Starbucks in my opinion. I also loved thst the employees seemed to know every person that walked through their doors which made the place very inviting and personal.
I think what makes a great coffee shop are the connections they make with the locals and how many regulars they have. And it seemed they had a lot of regulars.

I also appreciated that it was laid back and I was able to do my work undisturbed.
