“The lady with the red hair that helped me through the drive-thru earlier was an absolute delight. She was very professional. And also very kind. I really appreciate the time that she took to help me when my order was messed up she immediately addressed all the issues and made me feel right at home I will absolutely come back to THIS TACO BELL and give THIS Taco Bell my business.

“I used the drive-thru, and there was a mistake with my order. I went inside and was met by an employee who appeared to be leaving. She asked if she could help me. I explained that we were missing an item, and handed the receipt to her. She immediately got the missing items for me, no questions asked.
I wish that I would have asked her name, as I was impressed with her customer service.“
