Overall establishment is clean. Upon visiting, however, they were out of bananas and hot fudge. So, the primary purpose for visiting was derailed because we went with the intention of each having a banana split. We were told they had been busy all day and ran out. Not sure the resin for no hot fudge. Ice cream selection is pretty minimal. Will definitely try another BR before returning here.
Employees seemed surprised to have customers. Their instock items showed it. They must not do a lot of business, they seemed pretty unprepared. They don't even have a cash register up front, so the employee had to disappear with my credit card and phone so I could pay. I suggest going through the drive thru if you visit here. Quality was hard to gauge based on availability.
Service is always excellent even when they have a full house. I had a cousin come into town and asked me to take him back here. Prices that won't shock you. They have so many good reviews for a reason.
