Kiera was very friendly, and knowledgeable. As she began ringing up my order, I explained to her that I had only visited a City Barbecue 1 time a few back and was nit a pleasant experience, luckily it wasn't this location and since I was working in the area, I decided to give the restaurant/brand another try. Kiera gave me the experience to change my mind about this restaurant. After explaining to her that my Grandmother used to make the best corn pudding she offered up...

It's a little bit hit or miss with the food here. Sometimes it's on point and sometimes not. Today wasn't the greatest, well the chicken wasn't. The pork was really good.
The guy who took our order was wonderful. So polite and kind. Probably the best ever at this location.
They need to really stay on top of the trash and tray collection area.

The food was okay but it seems City BBQ is hit or miss with flavors. The meat didn't really have much of a smoky flavor to it. It's a nice facility though, in a good location.
