“It's really a tragedy that I drove by this place a million times and only stopped in to dine until recently. Don't be as foolish as I was. Portions are substantial, food all tasted great and Nikki was a great server and representative of the establishment. We ordered breakfast and lunch at our table and everyone left more than satisfied, kids/ adults alike. These diners which were plentiful years ago are tragically somewhat of a dying breed so its such a delight to have one in the neighborhood that puts customer satisfaction high on their resume. Highly recommended you go, just save me a chair when I arrive because there's about 20 more dishes id like to get my paws n jaws on“

“I was ready for a small outing. There was Frisch's. I received a warm welcome and was seated quickly. This was not a busy time but I was given first rate service. Food was good too. Try dining in. “This place is a hidden gem! No better place in the city to get soul food than Catherine's. I had the hot wings, which are not for the faint of heart (if you don't like spice, I would recommend just getting BBQ wings) I loved the spice on them and they were very juicy. The wings are made to order as well as a few other items on the menu, including their burgers. Catherine also told me she didn't have the normal fries that she would use, so she CUT A POTATO and made fries from scratch! Talk about above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back, and bringing friends, I recommend you guys check this place out!!“

“The food was fresh and hot. The chili was thick, flavorful and very hot. The big boy was fresh and juicy with enough tarter sauce, extra not needed. The onion rings cooked extra crispy per request and were exactly as requested. The french fries are hot, not greasy and plenty to share. The server was attentive and efficient. The server suggested items to have as sides and dessert. The server refilled drinks without asking for it.“

There is a curb, humans with assisted mobility devices be aware the parkinglot is rough but the restaurant is very well kept, plenty of room for a wheelchair or electric chair as there are tables and booths and wide aisles.Kid-friendliness: Every wait-person who came by our table was friendly and kind with a smile, even servers at other tables had a noticibly friendly attitude.Wheelchair accessibility: The aisles are wide and there are both boothes and tables w/ chairs making it easy to maneuver.
