They told me my fries will be a minute and any typical fast food restaurant would tell you to 'pull forward', instead, I get offered a free drink while I wait! We LOVE(is an understatement), already but these guys truly know how to keep customer's happy!! Thank you Skyline!!“

“This is a Cincinnati area staple. We just wanted something to share for a late lunch. We split a small five way (spaghetti, chili, cheese, onions and beans) and a cheese coney each. $14 total. That cheese they use is sharp and freshly feather grated. It makes all the difference. A robot brings the food to your table and the server disperses it. My only complaint-if you call it that is in a booth, if you sit across from each other, you will kick each other. You cannot get in or out without bumping knees and shins. There are salads on the menu for those that may not acquire the taste for the chili. The Greek salad looked amazing.“

“Placed a pick up order yesterday evening for after a softball game and the game went longer than expected. Got there almost an hour later than I had told them and they were kind enough to make my order fresh again. No side eye looks, no grumpy faces, every one of the workers were just smiling and working. I felt bad for wasting food but they assured me that it was ok. Great crew“

“I visited this skyline location many times and I’ve always found it to be one of the best in the Cincinnati area, friendly workers very consistent food with a clean and lively environment. I’ve retired down south now but every time we come back to visit the kids and grandkids this is our first stop. Can’t wait to taste that skyline chili.

For me, it’s always a four-way with beans and usually a cheese Coney hold the onions! This time I substituted a small Greek salad for the cheese coney and it was tasty.“

“Serving sizes were small. The waitress was kind and honest enough to show us actual serving plates for the chili with spaghetti. So, I got a burrito with chili, spaghetti and sour cream and a cheese coney. The coney in particular was rather small.

At least the prices matched the food size. If you're a big eater, eat multiple things off the menu.“

“Someone Please give my boy Logan a raise. He made sure every order was right down to the t. Even when his co-workers were messing up and frustrating him. He still ran out his way and made sure every order was put together correctly. We need more Logans in the world.“

“We never really had any issues here, but the last 2 out of 3 visits they have failed to put everything in the bag. One time we didn't get the cheese for the 4 way, I called to let them know, they said they would make a note of it, but then when I went up to get the cheese, they had no record of me calling. Tonight we didn't get the onion for either of the 4 ways. They charge extra for a 4 way and to not get what you paid for is quite disappointing. They need to do a better job on carryout, making sure they are putting everything in the bags. Customers depend on them to make sure they get what they paid for.“

“Came back into town for a visit and stopped off at this location for my dose of Skyline. Place was very clean. Despite it being fairly busy (there was a large group of elderly men joining for a lunch meetup which was sweet), my service was fast, efficient, and great. Food is exactly what I’d expected and hoped for. Definitely will be visiting this location in future visits to the area.“

“The chili is really good, it’s not super salty or over powering with a mild sweetness that is unexpected. The bun is very VERY light in density which is nice so the dog and chili can be the star of the show, also helps with not feeling grotesquely full from an overload on bread. Definitely got cheese and onions which also complimented without overpowering (especially for the onions, those can quickly take over the flavor makeup in any food but not here). The hotdog had its own distinct flavor and a nice snap when bitten. Thoroughly enjoyed and now I need to keep oyster crackers at home.

So here was how I enjoyed mine as the oyster crackers is a new concept to me…I took the hot sauce, opened the crackers and then shook the hot sauce in the bag with the crackers, topped the dog took one bite to taste…it was delicious, there is now no trace of evidence left, although if people were watching I could only assume they would describe it as a massacre…it was very good!“

“Finneytown Skyline is our favorite! The staff and manager are fantastic. The food is carefully prepared to our specifications and delivered quickly. Fast, efficient, delicious, fresh, friendly and we can scan to pay at the table. I highly recommend this location.“

They have amazingly awesome chili dishes and the customer service is very efficient excellent and professional.
