We ordered 3 subs. two were clubs and the bacon bits were burnt as seen in the photo neither came as we had ordered, one with no mayo was full of mayonnaise. The one that should have had the mayonnaise had none. The other turkey and provolone had banana peppers which was not requested.

Came yesterday for lunch, the restuarant is nice & clean. Wait time wasn’t to bad being a Saturday and how packed Jungle Jim’s was!Staff were very friendly! The young lady making the sandwich was very polite, you don’t see that a lot these days with young teens !My sandwich was delicious & fresh !

We come to this location a lot and the food is always amazing and fresh. We went in tonight and it was a little chaotic and had some not so happy customers waiting. I just wanted to leave a good review for the young girl who stayed super nice and polite the whole time even when one member of the team was being very rude and just not great to the staff or the customers. I didnt catch the nice girls name, but she was a young black girl, on the taller side, longer braids and black...
