We had a great experience celebrating my Dad's birthday in the semi-private room at the Fairlawn Burntwood. The food and atmosphere were great and our waitress Deb was fantastic! She was very fun and attentive and made the whole experience a great one :)

Our meals were delicious! But there was no bread, rolls or crackers available. And there was no dessert menu. The meal was great but it lacked these two items !

Food was good. Salad before entree never came out. Entrees were good but entree menu was limited.

We were on a small road trip and were looking for smaller nonchain restaurants to eat at and I found this on my google maps app. I felt the menu had something for everyone, we ordered the calamari and pot stickers to start off and then ordered the pork belly tacos and beet salad for our meal. Everything was delicious. I was very impressed with the variety of the menu while still keeping it short and sweet. Our server, Truman was very knowledgeable of the items on the menu and was very helpful in helping us decide what we wanted to order. I definitely will go back to this restaurant if we are in the area.

Overall very good lunch experience. Service was a little slow, but waitress attentive when she got around.

We made reservations for dinner before heading to a concert at Blossom. We started with the smoked wings with Cajun dry rub along with their house ranch. They were fantastic! Six wings were a good starter for two people. Next, we had the chicken sandwich and the smash burger. The smash burger was quite delicious, and my girlfriend loved her chicken sandwich (with a little ranch on the side as well). Our first experience, and we will definitely return. Soo many great items on the menu! It was tough to decide, but we were extremely pleased with our choices. The service was great also, very attentive. Overall a wonderful experience

The food at Burntwood was excellent and all of our orders were accurate. It took a while to get our food (and an appetizer was brought out at the same time as the meals), but it was Mother's Day so we expected it to be busy/slower. Overall, still a great experience but you could tell they were overwhelmed & understaffed (lots of open tables).

Service was awful, there for a Mother's Day brunch and the only thing the server had to do was take our drink order and bring drinks. We finished on our second round at the buffet and still didn't have her drinks. We had one person who didn't order the buffet and only a drink, she still tried to charge us for that meal, even though that person didn't eat. She was very slow, even though the way she walked between tables. I would still go to Brentwood at the other locations, but afraid to go back to the Fairlawn location for fear we would have the same server.

The food was fine. The oversold their Mother's Day Brunch. Buffet was the only dining option, very long lines, consistently ran out of food. All agreed we would have had a more pleasant experience making our own brunch for significantly less money

We took my mom to Burtwood Tavern for a Mother's Day buffet. We had a 11:45 reservation. There were too many people being served. The buffet ran out of many items when we reached the front of the line after a 15 minute wait in the line. The restaurant was noisy and overcrowded. The buffet cost $42 a person. We were extremely disappointed.

We had a horrible Mother's Day brunch experience. They were not prepared for our reservation, and we had to wait for 15 minutes. They then sat us at a table that was already taken by another family. We came back from the buffet line to discover this family sitting in our seats. We had to track down purses and belongings. There was no discount or compensation offered for the inconvenience. There was one, one-sided buffet line for the entire restaurant. They kept running out of coffee, plates, and utensils. There were not enough staff. The restrooms ran out of toilet paper, and the manager had to go to Walmart to get more toilet paper. The service staff were doing their best with what they had to work with. The food was okay. Will never go back. I witnessed multiple others leave in anger or great frustration.

The food was good and our server was excellent. Our only concern is that due to the extreme length of the food line at the buffet you realistically only go thru the line once. If they could come up with a way to have patrons travel on both sides of the buffet line it would enhance the experience.

We got there 5 till 10. Our reservation was at 10 there was a line out the door. There were two of us and a baby, they sat us at an 8 top. We sat for 30 minutes and no one even acknowledged us. They were not prepared for this mother's day brunch. They let everyone go up to the buffet at once instead of dismissing tables one by one so there wasn't such a huge line. The line for food was wrapped around the building. We ended up leaving because we couldn't get anyone to wait on us. We drove almost an hour for this mother's day brunch and ended up having to get fast food instead. 0/10 do not recommend, will not be coming back.
