I have been a paying member for many years. I was ordering curbside since COVID and spending plenty of money there. Now I see that they are charging $4.00 for using curbside pickup and I think this is ridiculous. Found everything I wanted except a few items. I rated Sam's Club 5 star excellent place to shop EXCEPT l don't like their bill paying system. Use to be you would go to Returns and wait in a short line and pay your bill. Quick and easy.Now l can't imagine why but you have to pay at checkout. Whose ever idea that was should rethink it.I came in the store, looked over at Returns and there was one person in line. I went and did my shopping and waited for several people to check out....read full review

Nice selection of merchandise and food items here. Needed a cake for a last minute get together and found one. It's easy to get carts through the aisles as they are wide. Everything was organized well and none of the shelves looked cluttered. The checkout process was easy too. Very efficient cashier!
