The soda machine has tasted terrible for almost two years, especially the Diet Coke. It taste like straight carbonated water. We’ve told the staff each time we go in and they just shrug their shoulders. Fix it, or get a new machine!

The lazy, rude worker I encountered Thursday night needs some customer service skills. when I tell him the soda pop is watery and he gives me the attitude "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT" that's frustrating. I went back today because I love there subs. the Manager I talked too agreed that the worker needs customer service training.
