“A group of us traveled from Wooster to the IX center for the auto show and wanted to try a local pizza place. Sauced was recommended by a lady in the Ohio pizza fanatics page, what a great recommendation! Very good pie, some of the best I ever had. The staff were very friendly, the wait time to receive our food was minimal. They have a few tables set up inside for dine in and a drink cooler with soda and water, so perfect if you wanna dine in. I got a pie with pepperoni, sausage, and ricotta cheese, absolutely banging 🤌🏻 the breadsticks were great also and come with red sauce to dip them in. Overall great experience and will be making more trips to this location!“

“I cannot say enough about Palazzo!!! Whether it is dine in or ordered to go, we have never had a bad experience here. Wait staff is amazing and the owner is one of the nicest people I've met! Lobster cooked beautifully, steaks cooked to perfection, the pasta was so flavorful and the salads were perfect. It's a quiet little spot but once you find it, you will be back!! I have to say, everything was excellent. From the salad bowl with a tasty balsamic dressing to the spaghetti vodka. If you are looking for authentic home cooked Italian food, look no further. You will not be disappointed. 10/10“

“This was our first time at Via Roma and it won't be our last. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. I had the smoked eggplant parmesan with pasta and marinara and my husband had chicken parmesan with pasta and the white sauce. We split a caesar salad which was one of the best I've ever had. I liked that they put kale in the salad and the usual romaine lettuce. The bread was unique also. They played beautiful music of Dean Martin, Elvis, Frank Sinatra etc...

Our server was Maci. She was friendly, helpful and gave excellent service. The hostesses were welcoming also.

After dinner we went downstairs to the Grotto to take a peek. The Christmas decorations were amazing. Beautiful atmosphere.

The renovations of the old Carrie Cerinos are beautiful. We loved Carrie Cerinos and I know we will love Via Roma.

Parking: Parking was very convenient. No expensive parking fees like downtown. Safe community too.“

“Terrific atmosphere and decor for the thirty years I've been coming here and a fairly standard American and Italian dish selection prepared very well and delicious. French dips are surprisingly uncommon nowadays, but theirs is scrumptious. Buffalo Chicken salad also delicious, as was the triple chocolate mouse cake. “We stopped by this restaurant based on high recommendation of having great food. It may have great food, but quality service is lacking. After being seated for nearly 20 minutes and not having a waiter stop by to even ask for our drinks, I decided to walk to the host. Our server had apparently forgotten about us. Prior to this, I saw and waved at the manager, who clearly saw me, but who, instead, ignored me. By dessert time, one of us ordered key lime pie and was incorrectly given cheesecake. This time, it took nearly 15 minutes to get the key lime pie. Although I have to say the food/dessert were delicious, we were very disappointed with the service. This place should have it, but it was not there.“

From the time I ordered it a week prior and working with Tina, to the delivery service being on time and the food hot and ready. Wonderful service!
