“We stopped in for lunch on our road trip. It's seat yourselves style. We were greeted promptly by our very kind waitress. Drinks were ordered and delivered right away. I ordered the pancakes and eggs; which turned out to be HUGE and so delicious. My son had a kids meal of a mini cheese burger and fries. My husband ordered the steak, eggs, and hash browns. He ate it all up and enjoyed it. We had a kids milk, water, 2 coffees, and orange juice along with our meals. It was incredibly inexpensive at just $25. We will definitely stop in if we are ever through town again. Fantastic family diner with a great breakfast.“

“The food smelled good as soon as I walked in. Service was prompt and we were quickly seated.I got the buffet which had roast beef, turkey and fried chicken a lot of sides in that catagory I did not try. I did try all the meats and the stuffing tho.The roast was moist and tender, the chicken was fresh and crispy and not over dried but I think it could use a bit more flavor. The turkey in the gravy however was seasoned so good I wish I had got to only that. The onion pedals were pretty good a very unique sauce for them. And I was happy to see some greens in the salad. I was slightly bjmmed there was no onion for my salad. But a great experience and I will definitely be back.“

“We camped at Harrison State Park and after a 13 hour drive to get here we were tired and very hungry . My dad's name is Fred so of course I wanted to go here. The lady who owned the place and her two staff members were so warm and friendly- made us feel like regulars and right at home. Very good basic menu with the addition of some really interesting items. Afterwards she gave us each a free chocolate chip cookie that her mom makes. Place was so warm and inviting and very clean. Great prices on happy hour beers - I didn't want to leave ! I plan to stay in the area longer next year and look forward to returning to Freddy's . Definitely a great place to stop in to.“
