Waited nearly an hour to get food. They gave out food to someone else. Finally got food but the order wasn't right. Not the first time we've been unsatisfied with the service. It's usually cold food after a long wait. Don't go here.
Had an absolutely horrible experience at the Findlay, OH location. We waited over half an hour for our take out which is fine because they were swamped. I asked for a pint of tartar sauce because we use it on everything. When we got home we discovered we were given ranch. We called and they offered to replace it which isn’t an option because we live over ten miles away and everything would be cold by then anyway.
