The Fern is a staple in Findlay. I was looking forward to a new experience. The atmosphere is nice. It had the feeling of your favorite local bar with grub as an added bonus. Service was solid. We ordered and had our meals in less than 10 minutes. My husband and I both got meatloaf sandwiches. We added baked beans and fries as a side. Unfortunately, the only thing hot was the fries. My niece and I had gone to the antique mall and were looking for a local spot for lunch. This place is a hidden gem so much so we passed it by the first time on accident. We had the pretzel bites with beer cheese to start, I had the perch sandwich and my niece had chicken fingers. Everything was hot and delicious and our waitress was very sweet. We'll definitely be back.
