I love this place and their coffee, but the workers/owners are always loudly bad-mouthing others, especially their employees. Not only is this disruptive to customers trying to work, but it is extremely unprofessional. Not to mention, very uncomfortable for everyone who overhears it. This is every single time I come in, not an isolated event. The service at the counter always feels rushed and unwelcoming, like your presence is an inconvenience.
